How to remove encrypt backup password for my iPad?

I am relatively new to iPad and iTunes. As I initially purchased my iPad Mini, I was using syncing/backups via iTunes. During those times, I created an encrypted backup and tried out the entire process of recovering via the backup. Back then, I made no note in the password that I used. Given that I have my iPad build the way in which I want, I attempt to support it via iTunes. The sync and backup appear to finish correctly; however, easily attempt to restore through the backup or perhaps make an effort to backup without a password, iTunes appears to require the initial password which I used by my initial practice sessions. I need to break the encryption on any backup. I only would like to backup the current state of my iPad so maintain my backups to come.

I did try many ways for further operations without the previous forgotten iPad backup password. But things are not easy.

Then I've come to conclusion that once I have used iPad encryption for backups, iTunes will never assist to start a newly backup except I get the old encryption password. I've tried installing iTunes on different computers, deleting all previous backups, and seeking to backup with no password and have absolutely been unsuccessful as of yet. So it appears that if you ever have used a password to backup your iPhone and you forget it prior to taking off the password protection, the only course of action to create (and restore from) an iPad backup is to start from scratch with a complete wipe of your iPad's settings. But at least you can move music, video, apps, and contacts to your computer first and restore them afterwards.
